David was given the WRONG information about the AZ couple tonight. AZ Had had fast monsoon rain that day and that area floods they were trying to cross even though actually it was closed off. But their home and several other homes are on the other side of that wash. The Dad had a truck so he thought he could make it. For years that area has needed a bridge and people have ask and signed petitions for one. After this tragedy it looks like they will get it. But it was not a joy ride for fun. It was a family trying to get home.
