It was good until I started thinking about it. The last movie set up the blues are going to do something in the next movie but we get three new birds that take that potential slot. The pigs in this movie have nothing to do and serve no real purpose or character arc. They could have merged the two new pigs into one and make a not so basic kids movie class. Also what happened to the kings old assistant? He was just replaced and given no explanation. I’m starting so many sentences with also, the love story has been done billions of times and adds nothing to the picture! Why must they hate each other than fall in love because they stopped arguing for a minute. We could have done something new like a forbidden love story. Merge silver, Courtney and Gary and you have trendy science master that always has cool inventions and has a good relationship with red from the start. Have this rule where that is forbidden and have the birds be more judgmental to the pigs. Have the message be against discrimination, have the birds be more mad at the pigs stealing eggs that that is all they talk about and have the pigs change and realize it is wrong but the birds stay in the past. Than at the end they could accept each other in the present. Also, when the birds and pigs team up they barely acknowledge that they where enemies that tried eating their children. They threw it aside and pretended it never happened. This movie has nothing to do with angry birds. It’s not a terrible thing it’s just they had to dive so away from the source material. It is a pretty bad idea to make a sequel to a app game movie.
