This book is being required for a promotional exam and it’s extremely outdated information. This book consists of a Chief who loves to hear himself talk so he decided to put it down in a book that could be cut in half. You have to re read everything over and over because none of the material makes sense. It is poorly written and it needs to be removed from promotional exams.
