Things I like about this movie: - Animation style is super cute. I like how imperfect Mei is. Also disagree with comments about Mei not looking her age. I think girls today don’t look their age. - Mei embraces being a dork. Things I dislike: - Obvious political agenda. “My panda, my choice” No more words needed. - Not appropriate to teach kids that sneaking out and lying is okay. - Twerking for a 13 year old, again, not appropriate. - Family isn’t depicted in a positive way, with her father being disrespected by her mom. - Makes mom look unreasonable. Disney is really just right along with the media trying to destroy the American family and make kids grow up too fast.
