Dumpster fire of a movie composed primarily of nostalgia set pieces. Utterly obvious that there was never a plan for the Disney trilogy beyond a loose remake of the OT. TROS was just a thematic remake of ROTJ with the volume turned up to 11, but no stakes and no heart. To be fair, E9 was placed in the unenviable position of having to be both a middle and a final act to the trilogy; however, Disney allowed this to happen (E8) and must take the blame. They’ve lost me as a customer for Star Wars permanently.
