Attention real DC fans: It's painfully obvious not a single writer on this show has read or done any research on any former batman material. The first ten minutes has so many horrible inconsistencies that it's literally a joke. It's live actions like this that make Marvel look better than DC. Just some silly examples: -The show had so much source material and decided to make an OC frat boy batman's son. Instead of any of the robins that already exist. It wasn't clever, it was annoying. -The butler isn't Albert it's a black woman. -Three annoying and unintriguing teenagers are able to just break into Wayne Interprises with a lock pick. Etc. As if Bruce Wayne has security that bad... -Batman just shows up murdered. Super lame. -The could have used the already existing Gotham Knights storyline. Or the timeline where Dick becomes batman and Damien is his robin. -Bruce's son has no idea batman's his dad and throws a little baby fit when he finds out. Which doesn't really make sense in a universe where he has a son/sidekick considering how obsessed Bruce is with passing on his legacy and ensuring Gotham stays protected. Then the kid conveniently finds the batcave five seconds later. -The owls look horrible. -The acting is mediocre. In conclusion, this show felt like it was written carelessly and no real love was put into it. If you want to watch Batman, go watch literally anything else because this show is the actual worst. I'm convinced every positive review is from the cast or crew/their families.
