I see so many problems. This did not portray Superman as he should or Batman for that matter.
This is my opinion as a Superman fan for 58 years.

The game is realistic except for the swearing. Excuse me but not everyone in this world swears like a sailor, but in the GTA 5 world, I would be surprised if the animals swore!
At least it could have came with a language filter.
