I ordered frontier’s internet, phone, and YouTube TV on 11/29/22. I was told they couldn’t install until 12/17/22 and despite thinking that was an unreasonable amount of time, decided to go forward with my order. I received my order confirmation and it was missing the YouTube TV I was told I could take advantage of immediately. I called back the same day and spoke to 4 different representatives, who all kept transferring me instead of helping resolve my issue. That was red flag number one (1). I then received a call a week after placing my order and was told they needed to reschedule my order because they booked me on a Saturday and they don’t do Saturdays. Why the first rep didn’t know what is beyond me. I said told them it was unacceptable they would call me a week after the fact and asked for a sooner date. The rep told me she would escalate my call and would call me back, she never did. What she instead did was cancel my order, instead of fixing the issue it had and leaving me scheduled for the same day I initially had. I was never told my order would be canceled and only found out when I looked online at my order status to see if I could finally access YouTube TV. I called back and the new representative told me they now can’t install my order until December 30th, which would be over a month after my initial call. Needless to say I declined and WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH FRONTIER. They should’ve put me back on for the 17th, even if I had to have an all day appointment. They clearly do bad business and I trust I will be telling EVERYONE in Woodbridge and any place else they service to run and run fast! Terrible.
