A must see weekly pro-wrestling show if you're interested in growth of performers both in ring & as character. What makes NxT special is its treatment of talents from Top-Bottom, everyone in NxT has something, does something & means something. Even if some performer leaves for other promotions/main roster, their spot is never empty, somebody eventually takes it
