At first I really don't like how dragging the storyline is in the firsts episodes, I think it got better at Ep 9, but ep 9 onwards made me realize that maybe that it was intended to make first 8 eps like that for us to realize how much Yura deserve that kind of mundane and peaceful life after all she went through. What happened to her was traumatizing and you really can see it through her eyes when her past is slowly creeping back to her current one. The fear of losing her family after losing her parents and all that she keeps to herself. Her daughter's crush life is unnecessary but that is a normal for a family with healthy relationship. I love how the kid is so open to her parents and acknowledge her feelings throughout and how her family guides her and make her understand things.
I thought I wont be able to finish it since it was really dragging to the point I keep searching for spoilers and lucky me found someone who said "Good thing I stayed until Ep 5, still dragging but now it got my attention" So yah, I understand the purpose and why it has to be like that, I hope there is a Season 2, where it will now more focus on them catching the big bad wolf for them to finally live safely. Because as long as that The Union and with that big bad wolf around the corner it will never be fine. Chief Oh once said, once u get involve with the union you will never be able to live safely.
