Terrible storyline, doesn't even cut it as a musical nor a action villain movie. The producers and directors were just milking the 'Joker' name and hoped it would sell some movie tickets. Joaquin Phoenix was overated in the first Joker, in the sequel it's the same. Nobody can beat Heath Ledger's Joker.
