I give this film 1 star because it frustrated me to no end. The "serial killer" was actually the worst serial killer in the world, only succeeding in his first crime and being way too easily believed by the police. The cat and mouse chase went on way too long without seeming realistic at all. The characters were likeable, but the plot dragged on to no end. It just did not do it for me.
