It was disappointingly dull. A collection of scenes mashed together. A chunk of nonsensical content. And generally poor dialogue. The idea is good, the execution was poor. So much was taken from other sci-fi films, that you are better off watching the originals. What was original was generally poor. It feels like if a good editor combined parts 1 and 2 together then it might be half-decent, but it as it is, it felt like a waste of time. I clearly don't get it, and it's not for me. What a shame.
