Ikigai "the purpose of life" ๐ after reading this book i finally realized the purpose of existence of my life. I was suffering from anxiety for the past some months due to increasing pressure of my work. I used to read lots of books before but have leave the habits long back. Found this book in my sister's collections, then after reading for some pages i quickly fall for my long lost reading haibits and since then there's no turning back. Effects of this book to me- My anxiety is gone, start eating good foods, starts cycling, gym, excercise, starts indulging in daily household activities resulting in curing my insomnia and thereby reducing stress and anxiety. Hats off to the writers and the centenarians who shares their valuable lifetime experience and research works. I recommend this book to each and every one.
