this movie saved me. i have never felt so much joy watching a movie than when i did watching this one. i felt like i just had my first-born child brought to me. i felt like i was at my wedding day. i felt like i just met the love of my life and we ran away to Cancún together to live peacefully. i love this movie.

this movie was lacking in a lot of places. the story is very bad and has tons of holes in it and just makes no sense when you think about it. I was very excited because the opening scene, aka, the first kill like in the iconic movies was soo good but then i kept watching and realized it was so poorly made. most of it felt like it was too self aware for its own good and kept making jokes at its own expense and the expense of other horror movies which i enjoyed in the first 3 movies. the trilogy was perfect and i even think the 4th movie was its own category of okay but a stretch. this one, its a whole different type of stretch and it feels more like a fan fiction the script writer came up with after they had a weird dream. i dont recommend to watch it but if you want to, go ahead, just at least pirate it so you dont have to give money for this horrible movie
