All of the recommendations in the book itself should convince anyone to read this book. For me, I read it while I was grieving the sudden loss of my husband of 50 years. It tells the story of a family and their relationship to a loving, caring God. It offers hints of dealing with grief, but more than that, it provides deep insight into the ways a loving God walks with us in times of worldly suffering and unknowns. I am sure it is a book I will recommend to many others and will read again.
