It's been 3 years since I watched this show. However, I've been struggling to find a drama as good as this one. Kingdom the Korean series does put up a fight against this drama, but it's definitely on a league of its own. It is exciting, the plot-twists are epic. It really keeps one on the edge. I truly love the fact that it has a female lead and although dramatized the character did actually exist in real life. So it's a piece of history dramatized and twisted to meet fantasy if you may. It is definitely not a waste of time watching this.
