Do your best to read these reviews before going to see it. I didn't and thought it would be a continuation of Joker (2019). While "The Joker" was in this "movie", this was a musical and a meandering drama about the court case of the Joker, It just didn't make any sense for the entire "Joker" franchise. I thought it would be a great story of how Harley Quinn came about and it turned out to be nothing of the sort. I got the feeling Todd Phillips had every intention of having an entire saga of movies for the franchise and then in the last 5 minutes said fuck it, whipped his ass with the script, and burned it all down.
