Arguably the best video game to live action show I’ve seen. I’ve played a lot of new Vegas/Fallout 3 and they did a really good job with the overall atmosphere and theme of the show.

So Athelstan is gay and in return he must unite Britain killing both pagans and Christian to atone for him being gay? movie feels like it’s about some depressed boy whose mad he’s gay so he throws a fit and starts killing a bunch of people all in the name of god. Or because he’s salty he’s gay. Weird focal point of the movie considering there was tons of stuff that could’ve been touched on.

Honestly I went into this show extremely excited being a big fan of Vikings and The Last Kingdom and it being a spin-off of Vikings I thought it would be stellar. While good it doesn’t have a main character with the depth of Ragnar and his sons or Uhtred. It’s entertaining and definitely not bad and worth a watch. But I put the Last Kingdom on after finishing season 2 and all but forgot about Vikings Valhalla. Little bit disappointed
