The writers of this "military" movie know absolutely nothing about the military, its culture, its language, ot its organization.
Early in the movie the LT is acknowledged for having 56,000 drone flight hours!! Even if he flew for 8 hrs a day, 365 days a year, without rest, it would take him over 19 years to accrue 56k hours. His rank and age are well below those of a 19 year veteran.
And it goes down hill from there...
