Gameplay picks up around 3rd lvl. terrific boss fights in the lava canyon, cosmic citadel and also Future City. The final fight with Russel Grant is breathtaking. especially after his final grand villainous monologue "heh, if all these people are so ungrateful for my astrological powers, then this world isnt worth saving" and then he teleports around the arena laughing while summoning constellations and galaxies to shoot at you. I don't know how they managed to fit the graphics onto the tiny DS cart, but it looks beatiful. some of the bosses are a bit long, but if you see it for 50 cents in the bargain bin, buy it. you won't be dissappointed.
