SPOILER ALERT:
The movie was good. There were a lot of References from the Mario Games (Especially the Soundtrack which i really love it), and the animation is just too realistic and incredible (Especially Bowser's skin and The Mario Bros' Overalls). But there's one problem, the movie is VERY confusing (Especially in the Kong Family Tree where SPOILER: Cranky Kong's Son is Donkey Kong and not Donkey Kong Jr. Because he said "You must defeat my SON, Donkey Kong if you want my army" instead of saying "You must defeat my GRANDSON). They even showed the Origin of Princess Peach on how she ended up being a Princess in the Mushroom Kingdom (Which makes sense), How Donkey Kong hates Mario but eventually helping him like the two of them are in a truce (Which also makes sense), and how the Karts were created (Which makes A LOT of sense). Pratt's role as Mario has a lot of improvement, so as Charlie's since he fits in the character, Anya's voice fits perfectly in the movie her facial expressions are more attractive, Key's Voice sounds like Toad's voice in the game without changing the tone to high pitch, Rogen's voice sounds impressive and it has a lot of emotion into the character, along with Jack's Bowser, and i underestimated Aaron and Michael too much from directing the movie because when i heard that these two will direct the movie, i thought it would be goofy like they did in Teen Titans Go, but NOOOOO, it was good (TOO GOOD). Brian Tyler and Koji Kondo did a really good job composing the Soundtrack and making it a beautiful and magnificent masterpiece. I was disappointed when The Mario Bros. grabbed Bowser's tail and threw him in the sky because they didn't say "So long, a-Bowser" after they threw him (Which you guys might misheard and know as "So long, Gay Bowser"). Overall, i would give this movie an 8.5 Superstars out of 10. We'll be waiting for the sequel!!! Thank You, Chris Meledandri, Shigeru Miyamoto, Illumation, Comcast, & Nintendo for this beautiful Video Game Film!!!
