I am enjoying it, even though the four main characters are quite unlikeable.
What's fun is how there's the constant struggle between the Thinking vs Feeling character types. Personality-deficit Phil is always planning, planning, planning; expecting that his logical roadmap will lead to the conclusion he seeks. Volatile, creative Eve rejects all roadmaps and is quick to be offended. And while they might have been enjoying each other in bed, they never had that "Hey: you and me together forever" conversation that's such an important foundation to a solid relationship.
But how boring would a solid couple be as central characters? Dull, dull, dull. They'd just go back every week with winning lotto numbers and start a thriving microbrewery. Then, Plan B could be a sitcom similar tto Cheers.
