I didnt see the first Godzilla vs Kong but the short haired flat chested almost non-binary lead, the deaf indigenous female and the other empowered female characters seemed pointless as all the characters doing the hard work and fighting and dying were always the male characters. Woke only goes so far. And the three references to man walking on the moon and astronauts seemed so slotted in it was ridiculous as the storyline. (With both stories as believable as each other!) Anyway it looked good in terms of the CGI but when you get a brief to work in narratives to twist young minds rather than just writing a quality story for the sake of a quality story much is lost in the product and the delivery each of which was dull predictable and boring. Funny how all the female characters were all safe while the male characters did all the dangerous action. Reality shines through even during a fantasy film! Maybe try writing something good rather than should!
