Not a great game. Don't waste your money. I love survival type games and this one looks really nice. The problem with the game is you aren't really given direction on what to do - this is both good and bad. The good is you have to figure it out but to figure it out you will probably die several times. Dying isn't bad but you lose all your stuff (including your boat). Even in story mode you only keep what is on your person at the time of death. First I spent all my time upgrading my boat. It was really the only satisfying thing about the game. Then I died and lost the boat. No one tells you that will happen. So I started over. This time I didn't waste time on the boat but on gathering food. Well, the food degraded before I could find more or cook more so I died from starvation. Started over again. This time I was on an island with no materials to build a new boat so I quit. Total playtime 4 hours. There are also several hitbox problems and fighting bugs. Don't buy this game.
