I would have given this three stars, but I can't justify it. For those who are familiar with Are You Afraid of the Dark (90s Nick at Nite fans), Christopher Pike, R.L. Stine, etc - you'll enjoy the flashback to the 90s. The mini stories were interesting and mostly well-told. The main storyline moves very slowly, but keeps you interested to keep watching.
However, the ending kinda destroyed it for me. There's no explanation for a huge portion of the story you're exposed to along the way. There's so many hints of something more happening beyond the Greek mythology take on healing, but it's not addressed and the audience is left hanging.
I do applaud the series for handling death with honesty and raw emotion. Even suicide is mentioned and handled in a unique and poignant way.
If you're still reading - give it a chance, but keep your expectations low. And if I missed something, let me know. ;)
