I would rate The Lion King reboot as good because of James Earl Jones reprising his voice for Mufasa and sticking to the original story. I would still choose the 1994 film as my all time favourite after watching the 2019 reboot. I was hoping to still have Elton John in the 2019 film. Thank you Mr Jon Favreau for having James Earl Jones as the voice of Mufasa. Mr Jon Favreau would do another Lion King film based on the story of Mufasa and Scar....maybe call it "The Lion who became King"....and can we have James Earl Jones and Jeremy Irons in it...and have Idris Alba as the Villian Hyena....like to watch the battle between Mufasa and Scar...as described by Zazu in the Lion King movie.
