This film is enjoyable & compelling but it’s not quite sure if it’s a tongue-in-cheek comedy or a serious sci-fi so there are points where it feels overcooked & twee, you aren’t quite sure if you’re meant to laugh. For the tiny budget it’s extremely well produced and acted but its identity crisis let’s it down.
