I really enjoyed the story, crafting, and tasks. This game was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of a stressful day. However, after about a month of playing the game it is now basically unplayable on the switch lite. The frame rate is extremely poor when walking and the game completely freezes for a few seconds when interacting with other characters. Each time I reached a new scout level this issue would become progressively worse. Now at scout level 12 (and 30 days in-game) I had to finally stop because there are now so many intractables on the island that my character can’t even walk from one location to another without the game aggressively dropping frame rates and freezing. It’s a shame because I really wanted to see it through to the end and I’m not willing to start over on another platform.
