Just eating only beef for supper last night and no eye boogers in the morning. First change I noticed. I thought I would be hungry later on in the evening, but no. I did eat the rest of the raw veggies I had in the fridge though. A couple tomatoes, carrots and alfalfa sprouts. I will eat up all those things and put all my carbs into storage. So tired of this IBS....
so, first day for me. I am 62, my diabetes started when I first got pregnant when I was 27. When I started menopause 15 years ago, I stopped eating meat altogether because I got so many hot flashes. Not eating meat helped. lol. So, maybe I'm protein deficient! I am probably 40 pounds overweigh...not obese...the worst I weighed was 182. my average is 165 and I am 5'4" I can't rate this diet yet.
