My goodness- so well played and absolutley emotional roller coaster! Huge well done ITV for taking up this story. Absolutely shocked and embarrased that the post office treated these people, their staff this way rather than holding up their hands and saying “we could be wrong” ~ just heart breaking that 12 years they battled through this!
