Although this show is good “entertainment” these guys have no right telling people that “you have nothing to fear” and “everything is ok” when they have not fully understood what exactly is there. I just watched an episode (2/27/21) where they did that, and the person they claimed they helped gave an update that things actually got worse after they left. They don’t bring in a medium or someone with abilities to actually tell them WHAT they are actually dealing with. They set up their equipment and do exactly what every other ghost hunter is doing. Capturing stuff on equipment is one thing. But truly understanding what you’re dealing with is another. This is just entertainment and they are doing a disservice to people who really need help.
