Beautiful game with a compelling storyline, exceptional characters arcs however the game is riddled with bugs. Every battle is pre set, there are no random encounters, so there's no leveling up past where the story wants you to be. Which can be frustrating when you're facing a challenging or seemingly impossible battle. It's basically milestone leveling which I've never been a fan of. The character creation is fun but after your third character/playthrough the game gets a little stale. I'd have rated it a solid three if the gamebreakng bugs weren't so prevalent. I'd recommend waiting until the game goes on sale or the price drops before buying it.

Just played it for the first time. The game had great potential, and I enjoyed playing it however it's a pale comparison to the classic RE 3. So much was cut from the game it barley feels like RE 3. As a rule of thumb I expect a minimum of 1 hour of gameplay per dollar spent on a game. I beat it in less than 10. I'm glad I didn't pay full price! All in all a half envisioned remake that can only be described as a cash grab after the success of the RE2 remake. Capcom dropped the ball on this.
