Overall it was a great movie.We get to know how today's generation thinks about their parents(trying to hide things).It does hold a message for parents especially (like how parents should comfort their child and make them to speak up all things).But it was more like a crime patrol episode.I would rate it 5/10.

Way emotional and the best series I have ever seen..the shift from past to present while clay listen to the tapes is the best part(all credit goes to the director!) The acting done by the characters is truly amazing..when i first saw this first tape i couldnt resist myself from watching till the last one.. My mind was stuck to know what were the thirteen reasons that Hannah Baker killed herself.. It was a bit satisfying in the last tape.. But i wanna know what happens to Alex Standall and who wins the case!? I hope it woukd be reveal in season 2....
