You can never take your eyes off Isabelle Huppert in any film she's in. A truly superb actress. Roles are getting trickier as she ages, however. Here she goes for the late-period Bette Davies grand guignol/horror turn and naturally does it very well. I did prefer her more understated menace in the Chabrol era though (especially "Merci pour le chocolat")
