This is authentic Miami atmosphere, scenery and cross-cultures. The plot is well wrought and the acting is near flawless. Can't stop watching.

Absolutely superb film. Critics picking it apart miss the entire point...Freddy's humongous talent. His sexuality is no more important than that of any gifted performer. Western culture has stopped being astounded by the diversity of human sexuality and carping about this one aspect of this incredible front man is boring and tone deaf. Malek SHOULD be a shoe in for an Oscar. Just heart rending and brilliant work.
