This game is a masterpiece. I've only been playing for a few hours, but it has officially made my top 5 favorite games list of all time. For reference, God of War, Ghost of Sushima, Death Stranding & Apex are KY others. The combat is complex & rewarding. The enemies are diverse & all have a story rooted in Chinese mythology. This game is an absolute joy to play.

I loved borderlands 3 so much I played it all the way through 3 times in a row then turned around and bought the ChaoticGreat version of Tiny Tina's. That being said, it's not borderlands. It took so many good things from it, but just comes up short in my opinion. I had to come around to the fact that it's like playing actual D&D, just as a video game. I haven't looked, but there's no way that's it's the same writer. Borderlands had a dark dirty humor appropriately interspersed and it made me belly laugh and appreciate the game in a way that I haven't with any others. Tiny tina's is over the top and done with annoying voices. I do like the game. It's reminiscent of borderlands.

I've read the Drizz't series 3 times, so when this game was coming out, I was beyond excited. This is the first pre-order game I've ever done, and it will be my last. My disappointment is complete. I only give it two stars because its Drizzt. What you read about in the other reviews is accurate. The battle, the movements, its all very underwhelming. This should be a 10 dollar game.
