I was glad to have saved my time when the author’s Misogyny came out within the first paragraph. “God will never flood Newport Beach because all of the women will float” seems to me a very distasteful way to start a book about self improvement and health. There’s plenty of books, podcasts, and videos about these concepts so I’ll learn elsewhere.
