It had so much promise. But after finishing the main storyline, just so boring. It tries to be everything to everyone making it a master of none. There are so many ways to upgrade items and it doesn't really seem to make any difference in the gameplay. The game does not get harder or easier with leveling up... it's just so...static and boring. The side quests are pretty pointless, and the characters forgettable. Season 1 is even worse. I put it down about a month ago and have had no desire to pick it back up. D4 was supposed to make us forget about the disaster that D3 was and maybe be as good as D2 was. Nope. D3 was actually more fun, and it's not even close to D2. Yes, I've played them all since the original when it could be played on a LAN.
