Top notch show! By far my favorite. Best part is that I dont have to listen to some ego tripping street punk cop with 2 years on the force screaming "get on the ground" all night. Detectives rock! They solve real crimes as opposed to pulling people over for the slightest excuse to harass them. Detectives treat people humanely regardless of whether they are the victim or the suspect. Many people dont like the narrator on the show. Call me crazy, but I absolutely love the narrator! Only one major complaint for me: The show seems to focus on poverty stricken minorities. Especially African Americans. C'mon A&E...clean up the racial slant! Other than that this show rocks!
