I am not a parent. I'll admit to that first. This isn't usually a book I would choose, as I feel as a non-parent it wouldn't relate.
However, I found Shape of a Boy a delight to read. Kate's humourous and heartfelt journeys with her boys have opened my eyes to travelling with kids - in a positive way! Short snippets of each trip are full of funny (not at the time, I am sure) incidents and conversations that makes this book an easy read at the same time filled with lessons for the young and the old. Thank you for sharing your tales Kate!
