Road House was fun! It's entertainment. Just enjoy it and don't try to review it like some uptight movie critic, because seriously that says more about you then the movie. While it leans into the original movie it's different enough that it's not necessary to try to compare the two. I do love the lowkey nods to the original that pop up on occasion. Both movies were solid entertainment. Jake Gyllenhaal does a great job and while I though Connor McGregor was a bit over the top, but he's not a actor so given that he did pretty well. Fun cast, fun movie.
