It's just a fan-made story. Not canon. If you enjoyed DBZ's original Ocean Dub, then you'll find a bit of interest despite the low amount of episodes. The animation is pretty good, and there are some new transformations I think the community of Dragon Ball would enjoy. Give it a try while you wait for the new series after Dragon Ball Super.

The original TV series back in 1998 was really good, but when it ended after seasons 1 - 4 it started to slump and get more boring, when it came back in 2016 I was rather surprised and in fact glad! The show is something that deserves to come back, but it's just a shame.
Cartoon Network seems to not understand what originally made series good. For example the Ben 10 series. Once the PPB returned in 2016, it was kind of poor.
