As a tried and true Harry Potter NERD, this movie is awful. There was no plot. Only the very end of movie was there any intrigue for me. The means did not equal the end. I feel like the screen writers just threw some popular names seen in the HP books into this to film to make it appear more familiar or give us some idea of a prequel but it just made no sense at all. There was no point in having any of the "beasts" either, only the niffler proved to actually be helpful. I am disappointed.
