OMG. What a dire film. It plays out like Fast and Furious in Space. We have a chase then a fight, a confrontation, another fight, another chase, and so on and so on. There’s no real story. What little there is is like a cheap RPG video game. Go to X, find Y. Y gives you a clue how to get to Z. At Z you meet Q who gives you V.... It doesn’t help that Daisy Ridley aside none of the main actors have any stage presence or personality like Ford or Hamill. Or Carrie Fisher who appears from beyond the grave and out performs her living co-stars. Frankly it’s just a mess.
