This should not be called a multi-player game. The co-op mode is essentially one player actually playing and the second player holding a controller that they occasionally get to press a button. Coming from the style of co-op play in Pikmin 3 this was totally unexpected and definitely not what we were looking for. One of our main criteria in purchasing Nintendo Switch games is that it has co-op mode and we can't help but feel a little ripped off right now....
