Swe Zin Phu

This movie brilliantly paints a depiction of the future of humanity in a tasteful and realistic fashion. The jaw dropping visuals and orchestral masterpieces by Hans Zimmer gave me goosebumps, especially during the more climactic moments of the film. Though the typical Sci-Fi pseudoscientific dialogues were difficult to keep up, the incredible performance by the cast members kept me absorbed throughout its three hour run time. A film worth watching indeed!

This is one of, if not, the BEST series Netflix has to offer. While the flow of the plot may be slow at times when the superhero siblings are not banded together to solve the overarching issue, the show makes up for it by taking the time to develop each character’s personality, strengths and weaknesses through their own internal conflicts and struggles to find their place in the world. The writing of the show takes a more humorous approach with almost every line being followed by a sarcastic or witty remark, but at the same time, not in an overdone or overly annoying manner, which I can appreciate. The action sequences have a little more added shock value due to the fast-paced violence and gore. But when paired together with upbeat, funky tracks in the background, they make for some very entertaining and memorable scenes that give the show its flair. Overall, highly recommend everyone to give this show a watch!
