In the last two years I’ve been able to view it each day, and really enjoy it. Familiar with it over many years, previously I only managed the odd episode. Occasionally, storylines are just plain silly, but on the whole, despite the unrealistic presentation of what should be a busy surgery, sensitive and educational stories do get shown. Cast members I generally like (though lately (2022/23) excellent ones have left) but NOT Wendi Peters who has recently arrived and destroyed episodes, her acting and speech affect awful and annoying. Her early removal is essential if standard is to be maintained.
