My husband & I are very disappointed in this show. we sent in pictures of our crawl space 3 yrs. ago & never as much as got a reply from anyone on the show. The least they could have done is tell us they weren't interested in looking at it instead of ignoring the detailed pictures & information we provided to them. Our foundation has a void in it & all we wanted was some information. We understand they can't come out & look at everyone's home but they had the picture's right in front of them & could have given us a call or sent a letter acknowledging they received it.
