This could only have been written by an expert in the English language. It needed a woman with a galactic size imagination and a keen eye to see the inequalities perpetrated on women.
It deals with the translation of alien languages. Have you ever thought how hard that would be when there is no specific reference point? It also deals with human languages and how alien they can be.
Well worth a read or two. ...or three.
